Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Manage and assign tasks to warehouse staff, ensuring workloads are distributed evenly and deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory levels are sufficient.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to minimize accidents and injuries.
- Train and mentor warehouse employees on proper warehouse practices, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage methods to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, production, and logistics to coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Evaluate warehouse performance metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements relevant to warehouse operations.

Requirements:
- Diploma or a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or distribution center.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with other departments.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform warehouse tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and inventory management.
