As a Barista at Crave, you will be at the forefront of our coffee experience. Your expertise in crafting perfectly brewed coffee and creating visually stunning latte art will captivate our customers. Your friendly and engaging demeanor will ensure that every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of plant-based coffee beverages with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and their preferences are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee preparation area.
- Stay up-to-date with coffee trends, techniques, and flavor profiles.
- Willing to assist in all necessary daily shop duties.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista in a coffee shop or similar setting.
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods, including espresso-based beverages.
- Proficiency in latte art, with the ability to create visually stunning designs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Understanding of plant-based ingredients and an interest in sustainable practices.
