Job Description
You will be responsible for the following:
- Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders within the business and across the program to deliver project outcomes.
- Develop high quality project documentation in Confluence and manage through the review process.
- Raise risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies in JIRA and identify and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- End-to-end budget management, including estimation, vendor engagement, and financial management of the project.
- End-to-end procurement management including managing through SAP.
The Successful Applicant
- Demonstrated experience in successful Agile delivery of a large, complex program of work.
- Experience in building an facilitating high-performing teams, encouraging the adoption of agile mindsets.
- Experience and proven ability to execute well in a fast paced, complex environment.
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Teams.
- Ability to absorb information and apply conceptual and creative problem-solving skill.
- Desirable: previous experience with a solution orchestrator
- Demonstrated experience producing and presenting high quality project artefacts.
