Logistic assistant [Hungary]

The Hungarian branch was established in 2004 and belong to Metal One Corporation which is one of the leading trader and investor in steel industry in Japan having locations all over the world. Nifast Hungary Kft is a fastener distributor company handling products from Asia, North America and Europe having OEMs and major Tier suppliers amoung its customers.

Logistic assistant

Task:

arrange deliveries in domestic, import and export relations keep in touch with forwarding companies and custom agent close communication with warehouse members maintain and update pre-existing databases (Excel format) support management decisions with information from logistic department general administration, invoices/delivery notes forwarding internally preparing report with different frequencies and in ad hoc cases

Expectation:

should be able to communicate in English basic knowledge in Office programs, mainly Excel overall good communication skills, written and oral precision and accuracy throughout responsibilites ability to work in a group and independently have to be able to commute to work on its own

Other:

relevant experience, preferrably in field of logistic/automotive adequate education existing connections with transport companies knowledge of other foreign language (japanese is highly advantageous) close location to Esztergom
