Job Summary:

The Recruitment Admin Assistant has experience with administration duties, including data entry, completing forms, sending out communications and following up missing details.

The ideal candidate for this role will have an eye for detail, excellent time management skills, and enjoy undertaking repetitive tasks daily. Being proactive, resourceful, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment is essential to this role. Exposure to the recruitment or sales industries would be beneficial but not essential.

Job Description:

  • Attention to detail must be impeccable
  • Leading recruitment administrative tasks, formatting CVs and using templated responses for stakeholders.
  • Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Entering data to create job orders daily.
  • Create job order forms detailing the role details and requirements
  • Communicating with workforce
  • Working with the payroll and recruitment teams in order to follow up missing details
  • Suggesting changes and improvements
  • General administration tasks
  • Ad hoc projects as required

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 1+ years of proven work experience as an Recruitment Admin or General Administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any relevant field prefered.
  • Experience with JobAdder would be an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge and capabilities around salary matching and an eye for detail.
  • Experienced in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Experienced using ATS tools
  • Ability to learn and use other industry-related software
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and develop positive relationships with co-workers.
  • Must be highly organized and prioritize daily workload

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
